Karlton Harris is a deeply heartfelt workshop facilitator who loves to assist individuals and organizations in creating for themselves the lives they really want by guiding them in the right direction. With 12 years of practicing successful holistic re-entry principles in his own life, he is passionate about "transforming lives by renewing minds."
He leads workshops throughout the U.S. and travels extensively teaching his “how to” application principle. Karlton is a firm believer that people should leave his workshop with their questions answered and with knowledge on “how to” apply the information he has taught.
He is passionate about working with those who are currently incarcerated, recently released, the children of the incarcerated, and their communities in which they reside. Karlton’s workshops mainly focus on Prevention, Intervention, and Re-entry. His workshops address the problem while simultaneously providing the anecdote. Karlton’s workshops include, but are not limited to, effective parenting, stewardship, organizational skills, life skills, and job readiness/preparedness.
Karlton is proud to be a facilitator of entrepreneurship,job skills and life management training that has been shown to increase the ability to gain and retain employment. This is a direct service role that involves leading job-readiness and employment workshop presentations to youth ages 14-25 as well as adults 26 and older. Topics include:

Utilizing his own curriculum/training materials, Karlton presents and leads sessions for class participants and facilitates activities/discussions. Karlton then articulates suggestions and offers constructive feedback.
